Payment options

Once you determined the payment amount and printed your bill, you can use any of the following options to send your payment to us.

Visa or MasterCard

You can subscribe instantly over the phone if you use a Visa or MasterCard. Please call our access number at 416-255-5800 and press 0 on the main menu for a Customer Service. Your subscription to My Free Telecom will be activated on the same day.

Cheque

You can mail a cheque to us. Our address is: My Free Telecom, 365 Evans Ave., Suite 303, Toronto, Ontario, M8Z 1K2. A pre-printed address envelope is located here. Make your cheque payable to My Free Telecom. Please write down your phone number you wish to register with My Free Telecom on the front or back of your cheque. Your subscription to My Free Telecom will be activated on the same day when we receive your check by mail.

Money Order

If you do not use cheques, you can purchase a money order at any financial institution and mail it to us, the same way as mailing a cheque (please see the Cheque option above).

Bank teller services

You can pay at any major Canadian bank, using a teller service. The following banks accept our payments: TD Canada Trust, BMO Bank of Montreal, Scotia Bank, Royal Bank and CIBC. Your subscription to My Free Telecom will be activated on the same day we receive the payment from the bank, which is usually on the next business day.

Bank automated machine

You can pay at any major Canadian bank using an automated bank machine. The following banks accept our payments: TD Canada Trust, BMO Bank of Montreal, Scotia Bank, Royal Bank and CIBC. Your subscription to My Free Telecom will be activated on the same day we receive the payment from the bank, which is usually on the next business day.

Internet or Telephone banking

If you use Internet or Telephone banking service provided by your bank, you can also use this option to send payments to My Free Telecom. The following banks accept our payments: TD Canada Trust, BMO Bank of Montreal, Scotia Bank, Royal Bank and CIBC. Your subscription to My Free Telecom will be activated on the same day we receive the payment from the bank, which is usually on the next business day.

Cash

We also accept cash payment in our office at: 365 Evans Ave., Suite 303, Toronto, Ontario, M8Z 1K2. Please do not send cash by mail!
